Set within a characterful farmhouse, this kitchen was carefully designed, supplied and installed by the Cwtch Haus team to feel completely at home in its surroundings. The timeless Shaker cabinetry suits the property beautifully, bringing a sense of warmth and simplicity without overpowering its original features.

A soft Taupe Grey was chosen for the main cabinetry, while the Hartforth Blue island creates a stronger focal point at the centre of the room. The contrast adds depth to the design, with pale worktops, natural timber details and plenty of daylight helping the space remain bright, balanced and welcoming.

The layout was planned around the homeowners’ existing oil-fired Rayburn, allowing it to remain an important part of the kitchen while integrating naturally with the new design. Generous preparation space, practical storage and informal island seating create a room that works effortlessly for everyday cooking, dining and time spent together.
