This bathroom was designed as a vibrant retreat, inspired by our client’s love of Moroccan style and colour. The rich turquoise wall tiles, reminiscent of traditional zellige, set the tone for the space, while the warm terracotta herringbone floor grounds the design with an earthy, sun-baked feel. Together, they create a balance of vibrancy and warmth that immediately transports you.
Brassware was chosen to add both luxury and a touch of tradition, its golden tones shimmering against the turquoise backdrop much like the brass details in Moroccan lanterns. To bring in subtle pattern, we introduced geometric tiles around the vanity and bath, a modern interpretation of traditional Moroccan motifs.
The design is completed with thoughtful layers of lighting – natural light from the skylight by day, and soft illuminated niches and mirrors by night – creating a bathroom that feels soulful, uplifting, and deeply personal to our client.
